What is the difference between 甘えされて and 甘えさせて（欲しい） and 甘えたい and 甘やかす ?Feel free to just provide example sentences.

i want to know how to use it, and who is the person spoiling/being spoiled or want to spoil the other in each situation

I don't know what 甘えされて mean perhaps you would write 甘えられて, but 甘えさせて欲しい is the verb 甘える in causative form 甘えさせる then in te form 甘えさせて and then with 欲しい.
The form causative means that someone force someone to do something. And the て欲しい means that you want that other people do something. In this case it would be that you want someone to spoils you.
For example in this case a sentence it would be:
私は君に甘えさせて欲しい // I want you to spoil me
甘えたい means that you want to act spoiled // be spoiled but with the たい form means that it is you the one who wants to be spoiled.
甘やかす means to spoil
子どもをちょっと甘やかしてください Please spoil a little your children.

甘えされてとは、あまり使いません。
甘えさせて（欲しい）は相手にお願いするときに使います。
甘えたいは、相手にしたい！と思ったときに使う表現です。
例）今日は仕事で疲れたから彼にたくさん甘えたいなぁ。
甘やかすは相手を可愛がるという意味に近いと思います。ですが、あまりいい意味では使わないです。
例）私の妹は母に甘やかされて育ったので、わがままになってしまった。
