I heard this joke on Two and a Half Men I just don't get it. Here's some context:
A skinny woman tells a chubby woman "I watch what I eat" and the chubby woman responds "going in or coming out?" and audience laughter ensues.

Watching what you eat is when you take care of the amount of food you eat, when they say “going in”, they mean is she watching the amount of food she’s eating with her mouth, but for “going out” it means she is watching the food she is pooping out🙈💩

@natty_bear Thanks for the answer! I kinda thought the same thing, but I'm not sure why that's so, so funny to the audience, though. I guess the laughter made me think the line was much more clever than it actually is.
