Those sentences doesn't sound very natural and I'm not sure about what you want to say.
-If you want to say "Our friends have been kidnapped", in Spanish that should be "Nuestros amigos han sido secuestrados"(in passive voice) or "Han secuestrado a nuestros amigos"(in active voice).
-If you want to say "Our friends have stolen us", in Spanish that should be "Nuestros amigos nos han robado (a nosotros)"

Gracias.
