I know that mantra means to repeat some phrases when you are nervous or trying to concentrate
I used to say a lot ‘you know’ in conversation. Can this also be called mantra?
How about Phrases or idioms that you regularly use? Say ‘I personally feel’ or ‘am no quitter’
