Question about English (US)

Today I woke up at 6:00 and I got up around 6:20 then I took a shower. After that I went for a walk with my dog, we were outside about 30 minutes. When I got/arrived to my house, my sister and my mother had already gotten up, my sister was using her laptop because she has Excel classes in the morning from 8:00 to 11:00 and my mother was making breakfast while she talked on the phone. After breakfast I didn't do many things, I just studied English and Portuguese on my own for some hours and then I had lunch.
Is it correct? sounds natural?
