I know the difference in meaning I just want to know if there is a difference in pronunciation. so please record both

there is no difference in pronounciation actually.
We often abandon certain letters in speech just like "haben" is said like "habn".
You can still stress the second "e" in "seien" if you want but everyone will understand you if you just say it like "sein".
"Er sagt, sie seien gute Freunde."
(pronounciation: Er sagt, sie sein gute Freunde.)
