What is the difference between 今 何時ですか and 今は 何時ですか ?Feel free to just provide example sentences.

Both are almost the same meaning but the nuances are a little bit different.
It’s not necessary to put は behind 今.
Normally we prefer to use 今、何時ですか？
When we use は, we choose one from the other possibilities or situations.
In this case , there is no any other time line, so 今は何時ですか？is weird a little and we don’t normally use it.
