冇 (oral) and 無 (oral and written) are the same meaning in cantonese.
冇 and 無 = have no , nothing
ie, 我 + 冇/無 + 錢/時間 i have no money/time ,
唔 = not + verb , negative
ie, 我 + 唔 + 識/知道 i do not know
ie, 我 +唔 + 接受/相信 i do not accept / believe
ie, 我+唔 + 接受/相信 it is unacceptable / unbelievable
ie, 我 +唔 + 可以/ 應該 / 會 I can't / shall not / will not
ie, 我 + 唔 + 可以/能夠 i am impossible / incapable of / unable to

冇：只用在口語，代表沒有，
例如冇錢，冇女朋友
也可以配合動詞，代表沒有做（類似過去式didn’t ）
例如冇食飯，冇做功課
無：同「冇」一樣意思，另外一種寫法
但另外可組合成詞語，不能用「冇」取代
例如：
無限 、無聊、無辜
唔：配合動詞，代表不做（don’t ）
例如：我唔食飯，唔飲酒，唔做運動

@moonglasses 沒有統一標準寫法。當有些字或詞書面語不常見而廣東人口語經常用到，才有機會考慮改用帶口字旁的同音字, 以下是例外(不能盡錄)
1) 課本教授/書面語極少使用 , 99.99999%香港人不懂其正字
例如, 山旮旯的旮旯, 直接用 "卡拉" 代替, 不會找帶口字旁同音字.
2) 課本教授/書面語使用的是另一個同義字,
例如, 揈, 找不到帶口字旁同音字, 香港人最後用英文拼音 fing/fling 取而代之.
3) 本來是古字, 近代/近幾百年不用了, 現代人根本不知道本字如何書寫.
例如, 黑鼆鼆的鼆, 有人寫 "麻" 代替, 有人也寫 "嘛" 代之.

answer冇讀mǎo，是中國大陸各個地區的方言，就是沒有的意思。多數指持有物上的沒有，例如“我冇這個東西”就等於“我沒有這個東西”，它的反義詞是"有"。在粵語中“沒”通“冇”，他們的意思是一樣的，粵語用“冇”比較多，大陸用“沒”比較多。意思上沒有本質的差別。
