And apura doesn’t exist I think you mean “apúrale” that also means hurry up.

Bueno, no soy mexicana pero por mi experiencia;
Orale= puede referirse apurar, que está bien, ya vamos o estamos de acuerdo.
Apura= es que sea repido

I am not Mexican but I think that "orale" It is used to draw the attention of a person to whom you want to communicate something.
And apura it’s for Hurry a person (for example your are late for school and you mom says “Jesse, apúrate! Ya estás tarde.”
