Question about Japanese
How does 緊張、不安 and 心配 differ?
My speculation is that:
不安 is the feeling that something is not right or will become bad. (might be without a reason)
心配 is a worry about a certain matter or person.
緊張 is just tenseness.
Feel free to ignore or comment on my speculation.

When you are worried and feel uncomfortable or you feel something may go wrong, that’s 不安. So 不安 is “anxious” or “anxiety”.
心配 is “worry”. For example,
私はあなたのことが心配 means I am worrying about you.
緊張 is “nervous”, like when you have a job interview or some presentation which you don’t confident in.
