Late over: this one sounds less natural. I think it’s also incorrect
Over 3 hours late/more than 3 hours late: this is natural
Snowfall: it sounds kind of formal and is less common. We might hear it on the weather forecast/news.
Snow: definitely more common, sounds more natural. You don’t need to use snowfall unless you are a news reporter 😂
Also, “tell me about the word order” sounds slightly rude 😅 so it’s better to create a question! You can say: could you please tell me about the word order?
