You can replace ครับ with วะ, and add เหี้ย or สัส (slang term for สัตว์) in the sentence to increase informality/offensiveness.
Example:-
A: อยากได้ไอ้นี่อ้ะ จะเอาๆๆๆๆๆ (I want this one! I want it I want it I want it I want it.)
If (annoyed) B wants to say "Then go and buy it", he may say:
B: ก็ไปซื้อสิครับ (Polite)
B: ก็ไปซื้อดิวะ (Informal. Usually said among friends)
B: ก็ไปซื้อดิวะสัส (Informal. Usually said among friends. Stress the last word and increase your voice volume to show offensiveness.)
B: บ่นหาเหี้ยเหรอ ก็ไปซื้อดิวะสัส (Informal and offensive. First phrase is roughly "Why the f*** are you complaining?"; it's provoking and directly showing that you are annoyed.)

'เถอะ' is normally use when you want to suggest or persuade someone. (Though sometimes it has an implication as commanding someone.)
Using 'หน่อย' can make the sentence more informal, as:
ไปซื้อให้หน่อย = Go buy sth. (for me)
'มา' or 'เลย' can also make a sentence rougher than 'หน่อย':
ไปซื้อมา
ไปซื้อเลย
But it can also mean as 'I bought sth.' depending on the context.
Not using a word also makes a sentence rough. (As a command: like, when a boss orders a subordinate)
ไปซื้อ
(This example is quite unnatural though. A natural one is something like 'ตอบ!' ='Answer!')

*A bit of typo: 'มา' can make a sentence to become an action in the past, but 'เลย' doesn't.

เหอะ is less formal. I agree with benowl, and I dont personally say เถอะ when commanding cause it sounds more like suggesting, persuading or requesting. However, you can put ดิ or ดิ๊ at the back of the sentence (like ค่ะ or ครับ) to make it less formal
• ไม่ได้ยินเสียงเลย หุบปากดิ๊
• ไม่ได้ยินเสียงเลย เงียบหน่อยดิ
> เงียบเหอะ (request) เพื่อนเขาไม่ได้ยินเสียง
ดิ is like สิ, but less formal.
We normally talk like that with close friends, so it might be quite offensive when used to talk with strangers.

Thank you for your help!! :D yeah I just wanted to say something like "F*CKING GO AND BUY IT!! or "Just do it NOW DAMN!!" I wanted to evoke a lot of anger, as if you were really mad with that person and want to be sort of offensive at the same time ;) :)
