Question about Korean

When I'm in a group chat with friends and people I'm not really close with and I want to say something like "I wish I could go too" - do I say "저도 갈 수 있었으면 좋겠어요" or "저도 갈 수 있었으면 좋게다"? What form do I use when I don't talk to anyone specific?
