Grammatically, it's similar, yes.
It "shows him park" or "shows him parking".
Either of these two are possible.

I couldn't tell you what all of them are because as a native speaker, I was never taught them as a set.

Verbs of perception (e.g., hear, see, watch, notice) can be used with the infinitive verb (without "to") or with the progressive verb ("-ing"). Usually the infinitive verb is used for completed actions and the progressive verb is used to emphasize actions as they occur.
If "that" as a conjunction were added, you would have to use correct tenses: the video shows that he parked his car/the video showed that he parked the car.
