Question about English (US)

How do you say this in English (US)? How do you say this in English (US)? How do you say "난 샐러리맨이에요" in English? If I say "I live on a salary," does that sound natural? What does "I'm a company man" mean? Is that a common expression? Then can I say "I'm a company woman" as well?
