Er kann diese Arbeit nicht machen. Er ist nicht belastbar. Sie hat einen Job und fünf Kinder und ist extrem gut belastbar.

belastbar
= fähig/geeignet, Belastung(en) auszuhalten/zu verkraften; robust
= stabil und widerstandsfähig genug, um ein bestimmtes Gewicht zu tragen
= zuverlässig, gesichert, belegbar
Im Berufsleben versteht man unter "belastbar", dass jemand selbst unter Druck und in Stresssituationen in der Lage ist, weiterhin gute Leistungen zu erbringen.
Unser neuer Azubi ist zwar körperlich sehr belastbar, aber in Stresssituationen versagt er.
Der Klebehaken ist bis zu 2 kg belastbar.
Eine gerade in Auftrag gegebene, auf 5 Jahre angelegte Studie soll belastbare Daten über die Wirksamkeit dieser Maßnahmen liefern.
