Is there any errors?

What I really like about him is that strict self-dicipline. so, he always perform his duties with diligence.
I always find his sincere attitude quite charming.
I first met him at the library near my apartment.
at that time, I worked part time there.
although he was focusing on his work almost everyday, I thought I’d like to get to know him a little.
and whenever he visited, I used to strike up a conversation with him.
we’ve been friends ever since.
So now, we like to hang out on weekends and we like to have a dinner together sometimes.
usually this means going to the movies or grabbing a beer. Whatever, I would say I am the really lucky to have such a good neighbor like him.
