我用中文回答你了，不翻译了，这样表达的更清楚。
我看了非常多的外国人学习中文的教材，都不是很满意。
原因在于编写中文教材的老师水平很一般。
有水平的语文老师都在进行教学工作，很少有精力编写外国人的教材。
所以我的建议是：买中国孩子的小学语文课本，从一年级开始买，你会学的很扎实。小学语文课本完全是母语的教学方法，注重打基础。你认真学到三年级，你能达到很高的中文水平，HSK 考试也没什么问题了。有精力的学到六年级，对成年人来说只需要不到两年时间，hks六级易如反掌。
（最后纠正一下你的问题，应该这么说：
我想找一本适合工作期间学习中文的教材，有推荐的吗？😁）
