what is the difference between 「をごめんなさい」 and 「でごめんなさい」?, I've asked a japanese before, and he said that this 「をごめんなさい」 form is rarely used, but what if i want to make a sentence like "I'm sorry for my kid" (because he makes a lot of trouble at school). is it「子供をごめんなさい」?, or using 「で」in like 「子供でごめんなさい」?. because I've used 「で」before and that japanese that i asked didn't understand...

“子どもがごめんなさい” is grammatically correct.
“子どもでごめんなさい” and “子どもをごめんなさい” are wrong.
In most cases, we say “うちの子がすみませんでした” when we want to say “I’m sorry for my kid”.

By the way, there are several variations.
「（うちの or 私の）（子ども or 子）が（ごめんなさい or すみません or すみませんでした）。」
ex)
私の子どもがすみません。
うちの子がすみませんでした。
