Finland has two official languages: Finnish (spoken by >90%) and Swedish (spoken by ~6%)
When there is a certain amount of Swedish-speaking people living in the municipality, all the signs are both in Finnish and Swedish. If there are more than 50% of Swedish-speakers, the signs are in Swedish first.
Tourists can communicate with English.

One of Finland's official languages is Sámi. It's spoken by the Sámi people in the northernmost parts of Finland, which is called Lapland.
Lapland traffic signs also have the Sámi text.
