They can both be used when you kinda donât want to do something, or when youâre hesitant about doing something, but you still do it anyways.
Ex: He reluctantly/grudgingly gave the girl his phone number.

Reluctantly means you are hesitant to do something.
"She assured me the party would be fun. I reluctantly agreed to go but secretly started planning to leave early."
Grudgingly means you are hesitant but there is also a negative/resentful feeling towards the other person.
"My brother always asks me to babysit his kids at the last minute. I always grudgingly agree to do it since he's family."
"I grudgingly accepted her apology."
