Eu tô aqui por não tenho nada melhor pra fazer, you can also say. Eu não tenho nada melhor pra fazer por isso estou aqui.

"Eu tô aqui porquê eu não tenho nada melhor pra fazer" (very casual and a bit "grammatically wrong", but that's how we speak it in every day life)
"Eu estou aqui porque não tenho nada melhor para fazer" ("grammatically correct")
But if you want to really speak "like a native", you can say "Eu tô aqui só de bobeira" which is something like "I'm here just fooling around", which also implies that you have nothing to do.
