What does "that" mean in "Oh, right. That"? "All you are saying" or just "I have none"?I might be wrong but I suppose the former would be"All you are saying is right" and the latter would be "You are right. I have none".

“That” is referring to the fact that Leonard does not have a relationship with a woman.
