I heard about Kabsa from Aymanidrees and decided to try making some! I'll share a picture and the recipe I used, I hope I didn't do too horribly. 😆 I used chicken breasts instead of a whole chicken though. 😕
I'm going to be brave and ask what you all think? Does it at least look like kabsa? Also, do the ingredients in the recipe look accurate?

@Deelad enjoy it, yes it almost look like kabsa but we personally don't use tomato :)

Yes, we have kabsa for lunch or dinner. It is very beautiful and really looks like the kabsa that we make in Saudi Arabia and also the ingredients are accurate ☺️♥
