Mi esposa nunca juega al voleibol.

The pronunciation is right, you have to improve your intonation to sound more like a native speaker.
Also, in Spain "esposa" sounds too formal. "Mujer" is the common word.
And it's way more common to say "vóleibol" than "voleibol".

@Kellyr, Thanks, good to know "voleibol" can be shortened to "volei". According to my "grammar notes" ball sports are preceeded by "al", but maybe it depends on other factors or it sounds more or less formal.

@Alexiiia25 The course I'm following does use esposo/a everywhere, but in my language it's the same. We use the words echtgenoot/echtgenote only in formal contexts or in the context of a wedding. Otherwise man/vrouw (hombre/mujer) are used.

@lauw Ohh, cool! In Spanish it's actually "marido" instead of "hombre", though. And in a wedding they also say "os declaro marido y mujer".
