元々は、①AとBが反対の内容の場合に「反面」を使い、②Aという面がある一方でBという面もある、と言う場合に「半面」を使っていたようなのですが、今は①の意味の場合にも「半面」を使って良いとされていて、新聞はどちらの場合も「半面」を使うようになっています。

おそらく、この場合は「反面」の方の意味あいが強いように思います。
「低糖質で塩分も少ない」は「栄養素やカロリーがあまりない」という意味で、それとは逆に、「良質な脂肪が含まれている」の方は「良質な栄養素とカロリーが摂れる」ということだと思います。
