When you use sled (след) you have to add a certain period of time. For example:
sled edna minuta (след една минута) = after a minute
sled edin mesec (след един месец) = after a month
Posle means ‘after a while’ and it is really not specific. Posle can mean anything from a minute to an hour! Usually this is the answer that you give when you mother asks you to clean your room😄
