大好きの方が自然な表現です。愛してるという言葉を使うことは滅多にないです。

個人的なイメージですが、愛してる の方が 大好きよりも少しfomalな感じがします。逆に言えば、大好き は少しcasualな感じです。あくまで私個人の感覚です。
