What is the difference between "no sé nada" and "sé nada" and Do both mean same i.e., "I know nothing." or "I don't know anything"? Also, is there a better alternative for this sentence? ?Feel free to just provide example sentences.

❌ Sé nada.
✅ Nada sé.
✅ No sé nada.
They mean the same (I know nothing / I don't know anything,) but «No sé nada» is the most common way to say it.

The usage of "nothing" and "nada" is slightly different. In Spanish we use a double negation. It doesn't quite make sense, but that's how it is...
I know nothing = No sé nada (lit. I don't know nothing)
He said nothing = No dijo nada (lit. He didn't say nothing)
I have nothing = No tengo nada (lit. I don't have nothing)
I don't have anything = No tengo nada (it's wrong to say "No tengo algo" in Spanish)
You have to get used to the double negation and to not translating literally from English
