Question about English (UK)
"That's torn it."
How often do you think this idiomatic phrase is used in your daily life?
If you hardly ever hear or use it, could you possibly teach me other ways to say it?

It is a bit polite, for the situation, but it is not rare to me. I think that generally one would hear four letter words like "Oh, f***" in such situations. In Japanese,
"That's torn it" need not be after ones own mistakes, or actions resulting in negative consequences, but after those of someone else too.
Other expressions include simply the various negative expletives
(Oh) F***! 交尾
(Oh) S***! 大便
(Oh) Cr*p!
Damnation
Cripes
Drat
