I have a civil engineering degree.
If you want to specify that it’s a bachelor’s degree, you can say it like this:
I have a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering.
I’m majoring in civil engineering. (this describes your current major)
I have a master’s degree in Business Management.
I’m a structural engineering specialist. (this implies you have some sort of certification, including a degree)

I have a Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering.
I have a Master's Degree in Business Management.
You can say "I'm a structural engineering specialist." That sounds OK.

@dannyandara yes, in that case you’d say “I have a specialist’s degree in structural engineering.” if you want to talk about the degree
