A and B are natural sentences. C and D donât sound grammatically correct to me.
âDochâ is also really hard to translate.... ummm Iâll just give you a few more sentences with âdochâ in them. Hope that helps? Good luck!
Du kannst doch nicht einfach gehen.
- You cant just leave.
Aber, ich habe doch recht!
- But, I am right!
Und doch bist du hier..
- And still you are here..
Ich habe doch keine Zeit.
- I donât have time.
In this sentence you could explain doch as a word for something you actually planned on doing but then couldnât. The closest I could think of right now is maybe âactuallyâ I actually planned on doing it but now I (actually) donât have time to do so.
...I donât know if that helped anything at all but still... good luck with your studies!!
