ご存じでいらっしゃるのであれば、「連れて来る」の尊敬語と「連れて行く」の謙譲語をご教示いただきたいのですが、お教えいただいてもよろしいでしょうか？

「連れる」は上から目線の表現ですので、連れている相手が目上の時には使いません。
連れる相手が目下の時には
「連れてくる」→「お連れになる」
「連れて行く」→「連れて参る」
が良いでしょう。
連れる相手が目上の時には
「同伴する」や「同行する」
の方が適切だと思います。
