They're all grammatically correct, but "to whom" is not conversational English. you usually only see it on formal legal documents

@shalomshi I hope you don't object to me adding my comments to your question. As for when to use whom it can be a bit confusing. It was always taught that one should not end a sentence with a preposition. So "Who did you go to?" or "Who did you speak to? would be wrong based on this rule. But to be honest the rule is seldom followed in daily speech. Perhaps in a formal letter, presentation, news story, etc. it might be used. But most people, including myself, just ignore it.
So instead of asking, "To whom did you call" or "To where did you go?" we'd say, "Who did you call?" or "Where did you go?"
As for the other two sentences they are fine but I think the first one sounds a bit more natural.
