'I've been worked here for four years' tells us that four years ago you started working and you still are while 'I've worked here for four years' just shows that at some point you worked here but you aren't necessarily still working there.
For example if you started learning english at 10 years old you would say: "I've been learning English since I was 10 years old." So you haven't finished learning it. But for russian you would say: "I have learnt Russian since I learnt how to speak." So its obvious hear that you can speak it fluently
