It depends. Is it just "aun" or does it have an accent, like "aún"
Either way, it would sound unnatural because "aunque" is translated as "although"
"Aunque tenga sueño, me quedaré despierta"
"Although I'm sleepy, I'll stay awake"
"Aún" would mean "yet"
"Aún no recibí tu mensaje" or "No recibí tu mensaje aún"
"I haven't received your message yet"
"Aun" would translate as "even though" or "despite"
"No recibí respuesta, aun habiendo enviado todos los documentos"
"I haven't gotten an answer despite sending all the documents" or "I haven't gotten an answer even though I've sent all the documents"
