Question about English (UK)
Could you please check my grammar? Do I sound natural?
For those who are interested to know why a computer cannot connect to a network or access the Internet, here are a few reasons:
(1) Issues in the Wifi-Adapter.
(2) Lack of a Wi-Fi Driver.
(3) A virus in the computer.
(4) On older computers, (it differs according to the computer model.)Toshiba models have a separate button on the bottom left and right that is lit when the Wi-Fi is on or off, or the f8 key on some computer models. This my makethe customer think that the Wi-Fi of computer isn't working properly.
