I want to use "content" in the sentence.
For my healthy life, I eat only twice a day. It's a breakfast and a lunch. After my second meal, I feel full and content. Because of being staying at home, I got fat but this lifestyle made me healthier.

To be healthy, I only eat twice a day. I eat breakfast and lunch. After my last meal of the day, I feel full and content. I got fat because of being at home so much, but this lifestyle is making me healthier.
