Question about English (US)

"It's like a 100 boxer hits and after all (that hits) you (still) alive."

Is it okay to say "after all" insteed "after all this/that", or say "after each" instead "each of this". Or would it mean = "besides/at least"?

Is it structure of sentence okay in general?
