Question about English (US)

What does Talk about your... big lizards.

I don't get the meaning of the phrase "Talk about your". I know that such a phrase is used to emphasize the size, amount, or extend of somehthing, like "Talk about having a bad day. I had the worst day ever!". But I don't get it here. As the result I don't get the joke. The translation is completely different, they just made up another joke in Russian. Can you explain it pls?
