Is the word "perché" used both to ask questions and to give an answer? Or is there another way to make this differentiation?

"perché" è usato sia per la domanda, che per la risposta :)
Anche il francese, come l'inglese, ha parole differenti.. "pourquoi" per la domanda, et "parce que (o "car") per la risposta. Ma in Italia abbiamo semplificato, una sola parola 😁
