Education in Finland has been considered to be among the best in the world. I worry about the future though, since our government keeps cutting from the funding even though they promised not to.

Educational results for now have been mainly from highly respected profession of teacher and lack of differences in population. Quite low number school hours and homework have been possible as there has not been much other incidents in schools that take teachers time from teaching.
Now with increased differences in population and decreased respect to teachers from parents with continues budget cuts I can't really see results continue to be good for long.
@Econkwon International degrees where courses are in English are offered in bachelor level mainly in logistics, nursing and international business at least what I know. Education professionals are mainly offered exchange study possibilities but haven't heard about degree programs.
Universities application officers know these things better than us here and they normally happy to answer e-mail questions
