日本語を不器用という表現はしません。
あなたがどういうニュアンスのことを言いたいのかが、わかりかねますが、
→私は日本語なら、中級レベルです。
→私は不器用です。なぜなら〜
分けて言うならこういう感じになります。

不自然(ふしぜん)です。It doesn't make sense to me.
不器用 means clumsy or all thumbs.
If you want to say, “I am not good at speaking Japanese ”
「私は日本語が上手(じょうず)ではありません」
となります。
上手 means good.
