None of those options sound natural, and 'rarelier' is not a word.
It would be more natural to say it like this:
He doesn't/wouldn't make as many videos.
or
He started maker fewer videos.
or
He doesn't make videos as often as before.

I'd say, "He started making videos less often.".
If he were making videos rarer, he would be making it harder to find videos. Using less on its own like that is not grammatically correct. Rarelier is not a word, but I did get a chuckle out of it.
