Not sure what the full context is. It would sound more natural like this…
I kinda (kind of) feel like I’m being expelled by somebody.
Not sure why you used the word expelled. You get expelled from school from being bad. You get expelled from a University if you are misbehaving.
Maybe you mean you feel like you’re being ignored, or a slang term is ‘ghosted’. My teenage kids use that term when a friend won’t return their texts.
