It should be "You are the best" or "You're the best"

You can use 'Yours is the best.' related to someone's object, for example. Telling them their pen (for example) is better that yours. While talking about people/the person in question, you can say 'You're the best' or 'You are the best'. :)

If you're answering a question "yours is the best." is correct, like if the question is "Which of us did better?" and you answer it'd be "yours is the best."
