They can be interchangeable
Disorganised used for ideas eg always late, misses appointments - here untidy would not work
Untidy is more things like clothes in a mess/ pile
If your clothes are untidy ( on the floor) it would be difficult to find them so you could be disorganised
Just two thoughts I had but if you confused them and said
I have an untidy life - this will sound wrong but it would be understood
