Dia duit! Is Dominic é m'ainm. Tagáim as Ceanada agus táim tríocha trí d'aois. Laíbhráim Fraincis, Béarla agus Spáinnis. Déanaim staidéar ar an theangeolaíocht ag an nOllscoill Ottawa. Slán agus gabháim a buíochas libh as a léamh mé.

Go raibh maith agat! What is ám? I know that there is an eclipse with the h- in front of this word though.

Ám is time. I thought saying thank you for your time might sound a bit more natural than the original sentence

Ok ! You were right! I wonder why there is a fada on the a of am, however. In my pocket Collins Dictionary, they do not indicate a fada on the a.
