Question about English (US)

"Don't you want to get a coffee later?"

Does it mean "Don't you want to get a coffee later?, not now" or is it just suggesting to eat coffee later?

And,
"Don't you want to get a coffee later?"
and
"Do you want to get a coffee later?"
differ?
