Si usa “vieni con noi” quando parli con qualcuno della tua età, o con cui hai molta confidenza perché lo conosci, o è un tuo amico.
“Venga con noi” si usa quando devi dare del lei ad una persona, quindi lo useresti con qualcuno più grande di te, o con qualcuno che non conosci e verso il quale vuoi mostrare un atteggiamento di rispetto. Per esempio, quando vai al ristorante, il cameriere dovrebbe dare del lei ai propri clienti. I ragazzi delle scuole superiori, in Italia, sono tenuti a dare del lei ai professori.
